RETURN POLICY FOR ELECTRICAL PARTS (Includes but is not limited to Seat Transmissions, Switches, and ECUs)

  • Unopened items are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Opened items are eligible for replacement only; refunds are not available once packaging is opened.
  • Items showing signs of installation, tampering, or misuse are not eligible for return or replacement.

Important Conditions:

  • Prior authorization is required for all returns and replacements.
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
